CERTIFIED TESTING

Remanufactured carburetors are tested to O.E.M. specifications the day of delivery to ensure little or no adjustments upon installation. Carburetors are remanufactured in our facility to order. This ensures you receive a freshly remanufactured carburetor that is flow bench tested and adjusted for your vehicle, no one that has been sitting on a shelf for a long period of time. Please allow two to three business days for this process. Your remanufactured carburetor will then be shipped via UPS. With your order you will also receive a UPS return shipping label that is good anywhere in the continental U.S.
Repack your core in the box that your carburetor came in, adhere the UPS label and give it to any UPS driver or UPS drop box.

Two Stage Carburetor Testing System

	FIRST STAGE - Flow Bench Testing Primary testing of the carburetor begins after each unit is remanufactured to O.E.M. specifications. Then the carburetor is flow bench tested. All manual adjustments are performed including choke, accelerator pump, electronic and computer component settings. Finally a complete air and fluid test is performed from idle to high speed operations.
	SECOND STAGE - Engine Testing Final engine testing is done the day the remanufactured unit leaves Guaranteed Carburetors. The idle settings are fine tuned. Then the low speed, mid range jets and metering flow is tested. Finally a quick check is done on the high speed jets and secondary flow (if applicable). This results in a high quality calibrated carburetor our customers know and expect.

Our carburetors are complete. We use new parts and the carburetor is coated with a long lasting aluminum oxide finish. The carburetor is flow bench tested, idle adjusted and ready to run out of the box, making installation easy.
