Guaranteed Carburetors expressly warrants that all carburetors and throttle body injectors (TBI's) will be free from defects in material and workmanship. Guaranteed Carburetors, under this express warranty shall extend to the repair at Guaranteed Carburetors option, of any part or parts of any unit which has been returned to Guaranteed Carburetors subject to inspection. Customer under this express warranty may return remanufactured or new carburetor at anytime for inspection or repair. Upon receiving the carburetor, Guaranteed Carburetors will inspect the carburetor and repair the carburetor. The carburetor will then be flow bench tested, recalibrated for your engine and shipped back to you free of charge. If the carburetor inspection shows moderate to heavy fuel contamination then there will be a clean out charge. Customer will also be responsible for return shipping costs. GC recommends fuel tank and fuel line cleaning for instances of heavy contamination. Minimal or light contamination will not incur charges. GC always recommends you change your fuel filter when first installing your new or rebuilt carburetor. Returned carburetors, that have not been installed are subject to a restocking fee and shipping charges. Guaranteed Carburetors does not warrant labor costs for removing or reinstallation of a rebuilt or new carburetor. Shipping costs to return the carburetor to GC will be paid by customer. The shipping of carburetor back to customer will be paid by Guaranteed Carburetors.
Returning a carburetor for warranty repair
1. Contact Guaranteed Carburetors toll free 800-250-8746
2. Customer will be issued a return merchandise authorization (RMA) code.
3. Securely package the carburetor and write this return merchandise authorization (RMA) on the outside of the package.
Inside the box, Enclose your:
A. Contact name, address and phone number
B. description of the problem with your contact information.
C. Year, make, model and engine size of vehicle.
4. Outside of box - wirte the return merchandise authorization code (RMA) on the outside approximately one inch tall in black marker or bold print, near the bottom away from shipping information.
